The Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) conference: Today’s Challenge Tomorrow’s Reward (TCTR) focuses on providing educational and skill building workshops, best practices, and networking opportunities to statewide DBE firms and contractors wanting to business with IDOT.
